More than a year’s time was spent just on making the necessary provisions for the underground parking. Post this, the structure started rising towards the sky with the Schuff Steel company providing the steel for erection and fabrication. In 2006 November, the hotel had 35 floors built and the parking garage, shopping mall and ground floors were well under construction. In 2007 March, the tower’s core elevator was done and the lower floors were getting the windows and façade installed in them. The lettering on the tower’s side was completed in August of the same year.
Palazzo Resort Casino
Nearly 1000 rooms were ready for open by 28th of December in the event of New Year celebrations in Las Vegas. But due to a delay in getting the permission from Clark County, the casino and other areas opened on December 30th at 7 pm. Once it was completed, Palazzo became the largest building in United States replacing the Pentagon. Walter P Moore Engineers and Consultants did the engineering of the structure. While some of the areas were opened on 30th December, the grand opening took place on 17th January 2008.
The St. Regis Residences which is under construction will be the first to offer residential living at the complex. This tower is built over the building which has the apparel store, Barneys New York. It was on 4th September 2008, when an agreement was reached between Las Vegas Sands and Starwood Hotels & Resorts to make the condo tower a branch of St. Regis residences.
There is a lobby below a glass dome which also has a two-storey fountain. There is an octagonal towering structure and a garden with a iron and glass dome for those making the entrance from The Venetian. There are elevators and escalators for guests arriving from the underground garage which leads to the center of the casino.

Largest LEED certified and the sixth largest building of the world, the Palazzo features 3068 all-suites and 375 concierge-level rooms. The casino operates under The Venetian’s license.

There are all brands of automobiles featured in this 20,000 sq ft. showroom. Non-buying visitors will need to pay an admission fee of $10 and they can take a kid up to five years along for free. There are also other interesting freebies when you visit the showroom live the souvenir access pass and a discount for purchases more than $100 in a boutique for Lamborghini accessories.
Apart from the Barneys New York on 85000 square foot, there are also other boutiques like Charriol, Anya Hindmarch, Catherine Malandrino, Christian Louboutin, Chloe, Jimmy Choo, etc.
Jason Strauss and Noah Tepperberg own the Lavo which overlooks Las Vegas Strip and celebrities often frequent the place. It features Italian contemporary menu with a flare of American and it also turns into a lounge at the night.
