Has anyone ever heard of North Cagayan or CDSI?
I'm interested in investing in a start-up "Online Gaming Operator" that will be based in Asia and heard that this group apparently provides licenses to operators. They are based in the Philippines and when I spoke to my contacts, I was told that they're not even allowed to have such a structure nor do they have the capabilities. I'm confused and any advice or direction would help. I would like anyone's input before I invest a great deal of time and money.
