(Pink Sheets: CGAQ) is presently in negotiations with DeCubas Presents, LLC to promote world class boxing in the Dominican Republic at the Sosua Bay Grand Casino. The shows would be broadcast in tape delay to over 190 million households in the United States and Europe.
