Postby Gambit » 06 Dec 2009, 03:46

MIAMI, Nov. 27, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (Pink Sheets: CGAQ) is presently in negotiations with DeCubas Presents, LLC to promote world class boxing in the Dominican Republic at the Sosua Bay Grand Casino. The shows would be broadcast in tape delay to over 190 million households in the United States and Europe.

Steven Swank, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated: "Every 3 months we would have a new ticket, new fighters, and the best Dominican and International fighters available. The impact would be tremendous for the city and the Sosua Bay Grand Casino. All matches would be held at the event center on the second floor of the casino. International events will add incredible traffic and bring personalities that might not normally visit our area."

DeCubas Presents, LLC is a nationally known boxing promotional company that stages major professional boxing events throughout the U.S. and around the world. DeCubas Presents was founded by Dan Wise, Roberto Duran, and Luis DeCubas and is managed by Luis and Rick DeCubas. DeCubas Presents currently has 17 fighters under contract which include former Olympians and amateur champions.

That sounds like a good news mate. Can't wait to see it in action and if you think that event is popular enough I can say that I didn't heard about it and this is the first time I hear about it and I watch this kind of stuff. But thanks that you mentioned it and thanks for your efford.
