What happens to stocks when the company gets sold?

Postby shaunna75 » 08 Feb 2011, 02:39

It depends on the agreement between the company and the company buying them out. Usually, the stock holder won't lose their stocks. If another company is buying them out, they will either get new stocks in the new company or will get paid for their shares.
